Joffrey Chignard is an attorney-at-law at the Paris Bar. He specializes in business law, commercial and financial litigation, business criminal law and arbitration.
He practised with a number of French and international business law firms (Hogan Lovells, Winston & Strawn, Foley Hoag, Linklaters, Rondot Eychène Fréminville), before founding his own practice to offer clients a direct and personalised approach.
He advises managers, shareholders and entrepreneurs, family groups and international companies on contractual strategy, risk prevention and conflict management, in both amicable and litigation phases.
His practice places great emphasis on out-of-court settlements, where this helps to preserve legal, economic and human balances. In the event of litigation, he rigorously defends the interests of his clients, before state and arbitration courts.
Joffrey Chignard holds a Master 2 in Private International Law and International Trade from the University of Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne, as well as an LL.M. in International Dispute Resolution from King's College London and has a University Diploma in Internal and International Arbitration from the University of Montpellier.
